discover some of the most wonderful Forts and Palaces of Delhi-Capital city
of India, Agra- The city of Taj Mahal, Jaipur - The royal city of Forts &
Palaces, Mandawa - Open air art gallery of Rajasthan.
Day 1 : Delhi
Arrival Delhi: Assistance on arrival, traditional welcome with garlanding and
a welcome drink at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 : Delhi
After a leisurely breakfast embark on a sightseeing tour of New Delhi where
ornate buildings recall the days when India was the Jewel in the crown of the
British empire. Visit the 11th century Qutab Minar Tower, the India Gate and
the grand government buildings, the President's House and Parliament House all
dating back to the time of British Raj. Also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly
known as Birla Temple. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi - Agra

This morning drive to the city of Taj, Agra, upon arrival transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon visit the magnificent Taj Mahal- one of the Seven Wonders of
the World built by emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz. The Taj is
amazingly graceful from almost any angle; it is the close up details, which
are really astounding. Semiprecious stones inlaid in the marble create exquisite
patterns. Later visit the Agra Fort- built on the banks of river Yamuna and
dominating the center of the city is a hilltop citadel with fabulous courtyards,
fountains and gates. Evening free to explore the shopping centers of Agra. Overnight
at the hotel.
Day 4 : Agra - Jaipur

drive to Jaipur, the fabled "pink city" of the desert named after
Jai Singh, the former Maharaja of Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri-a perfectly
preserved red sandstone "ghost town" which was the estranged capital
of mughal emperor Akbar. Arrive Jaipur in the afternoon and check inn to your
hotel. This evening enjoy your dinner at Chokhi dani (an ethnic village resort)
where you will have an idea of the village life of Rajasthan here you will also
enjoy various traditional Rajasthani dances, puppet show and various other interesting
activities. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 : In Jaipur
After a leisurely breakfast visit the majestic Amber Fort, is one that cannot
be easily described. You ride up on Elephants to the former capital of the royals
set against the backdrop of the wooded hills. Later visit the City Palace-the
royal residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur and is known for its stunning architecture,
it also houses a museum. Post lunch tour of the Palace of Winds also known as
Hawa Mahal, this elaborate building, now little more than a façade, is
encrusted with delicate screens and carved balconies from which the royal ladies,
confined to their quarters, could sneak views of the outside world.
Past, present and future merge at Jai Singh's Observatory, where time has been
accurately measured since the 17th century.
Later also visit Birla Mandir - a unique monument with exquisite marble carvings.
Evening to explore the colourful bazaars where one can shop for various handicrafts.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6 : Jaipur - Mandawa
(04 hrs. Journey)
After breakfast drive to Mandawa, often called the 'open air art gallery of
Rajasthan', the region is famous for the high quality frescoes. After lunch
a small sightseeing of Mandawa to appreciate the painted Havelis on the ancient
and the famous silk route. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 : Mandawa - Delhi

Today drive back to Delhi and transfer to the International Airport to board
